The One&Only One Za’abeel vertical resort will open on January 1st, 2024 in a unique building in the heart of Dubai, which is located in the One Za’abeel mixed-use complex.

One Za’abeel is preparing to open the longest infinity pool in the Emirates. The pool will be located in the world’s longest console, The Link, which acts as a bridge between two buildings, 100 meters above the ground.

Ahead of the New Year and Christmas, Emirates has introduced special menus on board and in lounges around the world to create a festive atmosphere for the one million passengers who are expected to travel with the airline in the coming weeks.

Emirates airport lounges offer a wide selection of global specialties, including traditional winter treats from stollens to cranberry sorbet. The special drinks collection includes Gingerbread Latte and Caramel Pecan Mocha, three signature cocktails from an Emirates mixologist and festive flavors from Evian and Perrier. For champagne connoisseurs, Moet Ice Imperial and Moet Ice Imperial Rose champagne will be offered during the New Year holidays.

In First Class, passengers will be offered salmon with ginger and caramelized orange or king prawn cocktail as an appetizer. The main dish of the special menu in Premium classes will be duck baked with thyme and oranges, with a side dish of fondant potatoes and broccolini.

For dessert, First Class private cabin passengers will be served English Christmas pudding with custard or bread pudding. In Business Class, Emirates customers will enjoy a traditional Olivier salad, and for dessert – cranberry pie with white chocolate or cranberry cheesecake. In Economy Class cabins, the festive menu includes Olivier salad, turkey roll or beef stroganoff and orange pie for dessert.

Depending on the destination and dates, airline customers in premium classes will be served hot chocolate, mulled wine, spicy strawberry cocktails, as well as Santa figurines made from fresh berries and white chocolate, and from December 24-26, Emirates has prepared special holiday treats for passengers in all three classes – raspberry and pistachio profiteroles, dark chocolate truffles, gingerbread cookies and gingerbread ice cream.

The in-flight entertainment system ‘ice’ offers not only the best New Year’s classics for children and adults, but also the opportunity to please loved ones with spontaneous gifts, thanks to Emirates Red discounts and special offers. As a souvenir of the flight, the flight attendants will be happy to take a photo of the whole family and present it in a frame with a New Year’s design.

Louis Vuitton has opened its first hotel fashion store in the Middle East at Atlantis The Royal.

A quote from the press release is pleasantly enticing: “Diving into the exciting space of the women’s collection, replacing it with the enchanting aromas of Louis Vuitton perfumes, guests will also take a journey into the universe of men’s wear and branded interior items.”

As a sign of its new presence and to celebrate the festive New Year’s mood, in the central lobby of the hotel, on the Galleria floor, instead of the traditional Christmas tree Louis Vuitton presented – a Christmas tower made of carpet bags, whose brilliant image is playfully complemented by the presence of the coveted and rare talisman Vivienne, where her appearance comes to life in a series of bright and colorful illustrations.

The sole luxury hotel in Val d’Isere, in the heart of a picturesque Alpine village and with direct access to the ski slopes, reopened its doors on December 8th .

For the new season, the hotel introduces four gastronomic concepts and a brand new chalet designed by Christophe Tollemer, as well as a fully renovated Rouge bar.
