For true connoisseurs, the hotel hosts monthly wine tastings. Head Sommelier Loic Chavasse-Fret has a special passion for wines from lesser-known wine regions. The hotel collection features rare wines of the highest quality produced in limited quantities for true gourmets. At the tasting, Loic introduces guests to new tastes from uncommon wine regions.

In addition, until March 20, guests can try dishes from a special “Winter Menu” at Les Fresques restaurant. In 2018, the restaurant received one Michelin star and since then, under the leadership of chef Patrice Vander, it has maintained this status. Patrice Vander uses local products to prepare his dishes, such as fish from Lake Geneva, regional cheeses, and beef from Savoie. The “Winter Menu” offers sturgeon caviar, Bresse chicken, scallops and many other delicacies.
Also, until March 2, 2024, guests can enjoy a unique gastronomic dinner, which is held in a transparent pop-up sphere where guests can admire the starry sky after dark.
