Half board includes a three-course meal (appetizer, main course and dessert) and includes local non-alcoholic beverages at the Club House Restaurant.

Lauri Canepa is a Thai massage specialist, energy massage expert and yoga virtuoso. Lauri tailors the program so precisely to each guest that all who have experienced the healing effects of the treatments speak of a true rebirth.

Every summer in the south-east of France, in the commune of La Croix-Valme, on the beach of Gigaro, the famous open-water swim in the Mediterranean Sea – Traversée a la nage – takes place.

It’s not just a sporting event, it’s a feast for the soul. With up to 300 swimmers, each participant becomes part of something more than just a competition.

The 2024 swim will take place on July 18, August 1 and August 14.

There are two distances to participate:
• The swim from Gigaro Beach – 3.5 kilometers
• Swim from Vergeron beach – 1.5 km.

All those who have a medical certificate of admission to swimming competitions are invited to participate. For participants under 18 years of age must have parental permission, for participants under 14 years of age participation is possible only in the 1.5 km swim.

Hotel Lily of the Valley is ideal for those who want to prepare for a swim, either as a participant or as a spectator. The hotel is secluded amongst the mountains and forests of the Côte d’Azur, and is in close proximity to Gigaro beach.

On the hotel grounds is The Shape Club, a 2,000 m2 facility that offers:
