Bodrum: the beach clubs we know, love and book

For those who know how to have fun, we offer reservations for sun and shade at beach and pool clubs that start early and have the Crème de la Crème of the DJ world behind the desk by noon.

• Momo Beach: after making a name for itself in Cesme, the club opened in Bodrum last summer. A place with the spirit of Tulum, Mykonos and Ibiza, where Happy Hours gastronomic sets are accompanied by musical ones. The dancing here starts at lunchtime, slowing down closer to sunset when it’s time for dinner and more relaxed tunes. Momo Beach is a private club, but for your guests, we will do our best to open the doors.

• Folie Restaurant Sea: the name of the place already translates from French as “madness”. Folia is truly a paradise for parties by the sea. You can listen to music while lying on a lounge chair on a wooden pontoon (the most expensive accommodation is 10,000 TL for two people), sitting in the restaurant or at the bar. Everywhere is equally insanely excellent! Children under 18 are not allowed.

• Xuma Village: a beach club surrounded by trees. The background music ranges from “enveloping” to dynamic, depending on the time of day. Xuma often brings in famous international DJs. There is a kids club and playground, making this place a great vacation option for families with children from 6 years old and up.

We will continue to introduce you to beach clubs in the next posts.

Bodrum: unusual restaurants that we know, love and book

In addition to the well-known and such native restaurants of Arkady Novikov, Boris Zarkov, and the Vasilchuk brothers, where guests are deliciously fed according to the proper Moscow tradition, we can introduce to you unusual places with excellent Cantonese, Anatolian, Japanese and other cuisines of the world, for experienced and novice gourmets.

• Mimoza: located on the seafront in the port of Gümüşlük, the seafood restaurant boasts an idyllic Mediterranean décor with white wood dining tables surrounded by blooming bougainvilleas. The menu is impeccably Mediterranean – meze, stuffed mussels, grilled fish and flambéed shrimp, all prepared right at diners’ tables. Most often the dishes are served with raki, the strong national Turkish drink.

• Galia Seafood: open for dinner from 19:00 to 1:00. Sea food at the highest level! Gillardeau oysters, king crab and salmon roe are specialties. The interior refers to the ancient Nile kingdom – Egyptian statues and columns meet at the entrance. The color scheme includes the whole palette of warm-yellow shades – from cream to ochre. It looks especially beautiful when everything is flooded with sunset rays. In the evening Egyptian dancers appear in the hall.

• Fenix: open for dinner from 19:00 to 3:00 This glamorous spot overlooking Yalikavak Marina is tropical modernism. The thoughtfully eclectic interior transports you to Barcelona, Miami, Marrakech, Dubai and other parts of the world. The menu is as good as the interior. There is everything here: from sushi made of fresh fish to Peruvian classics of street food – anticucho of octopus or ox heart, Mexican tacos, Mediterranean pasta, grilled steaks. Facility’s specialty is called “kokorech” – it is Turkish kebab made of spicy lamb. Everything is accompanied by excellent cocktails and extravagant serving.

We will continue to acquaint you with unusual and unique restaurants in the next posts.

Bodrum: secret hotels that we know, love and book

In addition to well-known and already favorite hotels like The Bodrum Edition, Amanruya, Mandarin Oriental Bodrum, Caresse Resort & Spa, on this trendy and respectable coast of Turkey we offer accommodation in first-class, exclusive, designer boutique hotels, for connoisseurs and luxury lovers.

• The Bodrum Hotel Yalikavak: a resident of the dynamic part of Bodrum, just a short walk from Yalikavak Marina and the center of nightlife. The concept of the hotel is a rundown art gallery where art objects are found everywhere, whether in the rooms or on the road to the beach. The interior features minimalism, natural flowing lines and a casual boho vibe.

• Macakizi Hotel: this boutique hotel has the most beautiful beaches in the area. The area is surrounded by olive trees and tangerine groves, and the classic beach vacation – sun loungers and bungalows on a platform paved with deck boards, which is equipped with a convenient descent into the azure and clear sea. Diners are invited to dine on fresh catch – freshly caught fish is prepared and cocktails are skillfully selected to match the chosen dishes.

• METT Hotel & Beach Resort Bodrum: a boutique hotel located on a hill in Haremtan Bay. The villas with private panoramic pools have an intoxicating view of the sea horizon and the whole Bodrum town. For larger groups there is a spacious cottage. During the day it is a relaxing area with its own beach sofas and pool, and at night it is a chamber bar with an excellent sound system.

The St. Regis Bali Resort: Nusa Dua couldn’t be nicer

The St. Regis Bali, located in Nusa Dua, the island’s most respectable resort, covers 19 hectares and is built like a traditional Balinese village. At the same time on such a large area at the same time rest no more than 250 people, most of whom occupy separate villas with their own pools. Therefore, in high season the public spaces of the hotel do not look overcrowded.

The resort’s wide, sandy beach, with its signature red umbrellas, is the center of attraction for all guests. It’s ideal for swimming in the sea, even at low tide. There is a beach bar with cocktails and snacks, which are delivered directly to the lounger, in addition to cool water, sorbet and slices of watermelon, which are offered to vacationers complementary during the day. It is important to note the absence of loud music and the location of sunbeds at an impressive distance from each other – the noise of the waves, relaxation and only.

If to speak about gastronomy, here the hotel adheres to the principle of maximum variety and the absence of any restrictions. Guests vacationing here for two weeks are unlikely to try all the dishes that are offered at breakfast in the restaurant Boneca, where a rich buffet is presented and offer a la carte dishes, including specialty eggs with foie gras and omelet with crab.

Sunday brunch at Kayputi Restaurant is a must. The St. Regis brunch is an island-wide smash, and guests from other hotels come here for the brunch. Sunday brunch a la carte is accompanied by black caviar and champagne, served à la carte but without restrictions: oysters, sea urchins, foie gras medallion, wagyu meat. We advise you to calculate your strength and leave room for dessert: pastry chefs here prepare absolutely fantastic variations of French pastries.

The residences also feature a private pool and garden overlooking the Indian Ocean, a terrace, an outdoor living room, an equipped kitchen and a private elevator. Each residence has a private pool ranging from 14 to 23 meters, sun loungers and a gazebo with access to the garden. The upper floors have outdoor seating areas including a living room, dining room and bar. Individual bedrooms are located on the lower floors – both the master and guest bedrooms have a foyer-like foyer, walk-in closet and work area. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.

By the way, in July and August in the Padang Galak area on Sanur Beach, there is a spectacularly beautiful kite festival where you can see different shapes and sizes of kites flown by teams of 70-80 people!

Raffles Bali: unforgettable family celebrations

Singapore-based hotel brand Raffles needs no introduction. After 128 years, the luxury hotel chain welcomes travelers in 18 countries.

The Raffles Bali resort opened in 2020 in Jimbaran Bay, but due to the pandemic it started operating at full capacity a couple of years ago. Like all hotels in the chain, Raffles Bali is ultra-luxe.

There are only 32 villas on a fairly large property, three of which have several bedrooms each. Importantly, the hotel is located on a hillside and the villas cascade with maximum privacy. Each villa is built to modern standards of ergonomics and design. The concept of living is our favorite – quiet luxury.

You can already take advantage of the special offer “Family Holiday”, which includes a 25% discount on a second villa.
In addition, look out for two, three and four bedroom villa options for private celebrations with your family or company.

Also:
• Turtle hatching season runs from April through October. During their stay at Raffles Bali, guests have the opportunity to witness the Turtle Release ceremony, the hatching of the turtles and their swift escape to the life-saving water
• Fun Pickleball Sessions. A relatively new dynamic sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. The outdoor courts provide the perfect setting for friendly matches or lively family games
• A master class to make Indonesia’s traditional herbal drink Jamu or your own version using fresh local ingredients under the guidance of expert bartenders
• Activities for children aged 3 to 12 years: arts and crafts, cupcake and pizza making classes, exploring Balinese culture through traditional dress and theatrical performances. Babysitting services are available on request
• Barbecue in the comfort of your own villa – at sunset, under the stars, in the aromas of freshly grilled seafood and meats. The resort’s chefs are at the guests’ service
• Raffles Spa believes that emotional and physical wellbeing is a necessity, so the hotel offers mindfulness classes that range from yoga and meditation to batik painting, reiki and sound healing. Wellness treatments are customized with cosmetics made from local ingredients and based on indigenous healing practices reminiscent of Bali’s heritage. The most unusual experience is at The Sanctuary Spa Pavilion, which is located at the top of a hill and is accessed by a path through the jungle.
