Aman has announced plans to open a new hotel in the United Arab Emirates in 2027.

We have learned that Aman Dubai will have a prime location right on Jumeirah Beach with panoramic views of the bay and city. The hotel will consist of luxury rooms only and will include several residences under the Aman brand.

The hotel will have its own spacious beach, a large Aman Spa with an area of more than 2,000 m2, several restaurants with a variety of cuisines, as well as an Aman Club.

The hotel will be surrounded by several hectares of flowering gardens and will embody the brand’s beloved aesthetics of minimalism and modern design using natural materials and clean lines, which will organically complement the city panorama and the appearance of the coast.

Combining the tranquility of Aman with Arabian hospitality, the iconic resort will draw inspiration from the architectural and cultural heritage of the region. The design will feature local stone in a palette of desert tones. Underground spaces and courtyards will connect to expansive gardens that will lead to the beach and private rooms and residences.

During the same period, the city hotel Janu Dubai is scheduled to open in Dubai, which will be located in the business center of the Dubai International Financial District (DIFC).

In March 2024, the company opened its first Janu property, Janu Tokyo, which has become an iconic contemporary luxury hotel, captivating guests with the energy of its restaurants and luxurious wellness facilities, setting a new benchmark in the hospitality industry.

Janu Dubai will enjoy a prime location close to world-class boutiques, restaurants and entertainment venues, as well as close proximity to the city centre. The windows will offer views of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper on one side and the garden on the other. The company plans to create the first facility of its kind in the UAE that would be blended with nature thanks to extensive open terraces and balconies with an abundance of greenery and gardens.

Janu Dubai will feature approximately 150 rooms, a small number of Janu-branded residences with full access to all hotel services, and an exclusive club. The hotel will have several restaurants and bars with different concepts, as well as areas for hosting events, a large health complex and fitness center.
