From 13 to 15 November 2023 at sunset, Le 1947 restaurant will offer guests a unique culinary experience. In honor of the resort’s birthday, chefs Augustin de Margerie and Mathieu Boret from the famous La Vague d’Or restaurant in Cheval Blanc St-Tropez and chef Eric Vidal of Cheval Blanc Randheli will jointly prepare signature dishes of Provençal and Maldivian cuisine.

At the gala dinner, guests will enjoy yellowtail tuna and crab marinated with Corsican grapefruit, turbot fish in batter, seasoned with caviar, and vegetables from the Grimaud plantation with mandarin sauce with marjoram and oregano.

For younger guests, there is an entertainment program at the Le Carrousel children’s club. Also, young adventurers will be able to get acquainted with the amazing underwater life of the Maldives by diving and snorkeling.
