The sole luxury hotel in Val d’Isere, in the heart of a picturesque Alpine village and with direct access to the ski slopes, reopened its doors on December 8th .

For the new season, the hotel introduces four gastronomic concepts and a brand new chalet designed by Christophe Tollemer, as well as a fully renovated Rouge bar.

1. After a successful summer in Saint-Tropez, during their winter holidays in the Alps guests of the Airelles Val dIsère will be able to taste legendary Japanese cuisine with Peruvian accents from chef Nobu Matsuhisa at the eponymous MATSUHISA restaurant.

2. This season, guests can enjoy the restaurant Le Relais which is located on the mountainside. The restaurant is crowned with a spacious terrace bathed in winter sun, which in the evening turns into Le Piaf – an ideal place for party lovers.

3. The new Schuss chalet with an area of 250 m2 with panoramic mountain views and four bedrooms is suitable for a holiday with friends or with family. Here guests will be able to spend time in peace, privacy and tranquility, while having access to all services and facilities of Airelles.
