Sherab L.A.’s journey to balance began at a young age and is rooted in his upbringing in a family of Buddhist meditation practitioners. His quest to discover inner peace and serenity led to a six-year immersion in the study of Buddhism at a monastery in Gangtey Gonpa. During this time, Sherab mastered various meditation techniques, including mindfulness and empathy practices. Sherab also honed his skills in sound healing meditation, Tibetan therapeutic yoga, Ku-Nye therapeutic massage, and Tibetan astrology counseling. With a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of healing practices, Sherab L.A. strives to guide Krabey Island guests on their own path to wellness, offering personalized sessions tailored to their individual needs.
