The One&Only One Za’abeel vertical resort will open on January 1st, 2024 in a unique building in the heart of Dubai, which is located in the One Za’abeel mixed-use complex.

One Za’abeel is preparing to open the longest infinity pool in the Emirates. The pool will be located in the world’s longest console, The Link, which acts as a bridge between two buildings, 100 meters above the ground.

The rooms, suites and penthouse at Villa One Za’abeel promise to be some of the most spacious in Dubai. At Villa One Za’abeel there are also 11 restaurants are waiting for guests!

The building is within walking distance of the Dubai World Trade Center and Zabeel Park, and a ten-minute drive from DIFC, the city’s international airport and attractions, such as the Museum of the Future, Dubai Mall, Dubai Frame and more.
