Alba: the capital of the white truffle

Every autumn, the city of Alba in Piedmont turns into a real gastronomic capital – the famous International White Truffle Fair takes place here. This event brings together chefs, gourmets and travelers from all over the world. The festive atmosphere, wine and delicatessen tastings, vibrant cooking shows and, of course, the world-famous auction of rare truffles make Alba a place of attraction for connoisseurs of fine cuisine.
But getting to know the truffle world is not limited to the stands of the fair. The real magic is the truffle hunting experience, when accompanied by experienced hunters and their dogs, you set off into the forests of Piedmont. The silence, the fresh air, the excitement of the search and the joy of finding turn a walk into a unique adventure.

This is a historic 18th-century estate surrounded by 100 hectares of vineyards, where a hotel and a full-fledged winery with history, philosophy and its own wine culture are combined in one concept. The production is located in historical cellars of the XVIII century, and each guest can not just taste the wines, but literally experience the wine experience: walk through the vineyards, look into the ancient cellars and enjoy a tasting overlooking the hills of Piedmont.
