Anassa was opened in 1998 in one of the cleanest places on the Mediterranean coast, on the picturesque Asprokemnos Beach. The hotel offers views of the sea and the Akamas Peninsula.
Anassa offers the highest level of service, privacy and authenticity. The area is decorated in the style of a traditional Cypriot village – gardens, white walls, tiled roofs, wooden doors and shutters.

The height of all buildings is no more than three floors. The hotel even has its own church with a bell tower (the tallest building). The total area of Anassa is 85,000 m2. The territory is surrounded by greenery – a variety of flowers, shrubs, fruit trees alternate with fountains and thickets of bougainvillea.

The hotel has 166 rooms, each with its own balcony. Some suites have terraces with swimming pools and Jacuzzis. In 2019, the hotel completed major renovation, and since then it annually undergoes cosmetic renovations during the seasonal closure of the hotel in winter.

There are four restaurants for Anassa guests: the gastronomic Basiliko with Asian fusion cuisine, the informal Amphora, serving breakfast and dinner in a buffet format, and the Pelagos tavern, offering dishes of Cypriot and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as the French gastronomic restaurant Helios, whose tables are in the shade of olive trees and where live music plays every evening.

The hotel is ideal for families with children. For younger guests there is a children’s club that accepts babies as young as four months and older. There is also a unique Baby go Lightly program that allows you to pre-order all baby supplies for your room.

The hotel allows small dogs (up to 12 kg) in Garden rooms.

Due to its unique location, the hotel has its own sandy beach stretching over one kilometer. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge, and villa guests have the option of placing a cabana.
