Studio Frantzén and FZN restaurants by Bjorn Franzen are already open at Atlantis The Palm!
The social dining & bar Studio Frantzén concept, marking the debut of world-renowned chef Bjorn Franzen in the Middle East, offers guests original French-Asian gastronomy with hints of Scandinavian cuisine. The interior also combines Scandinavian minimalism and Middle Eastern luxury.
Inspired by the aesthetics of FZN (another Franzen project), every detail has been thought through here – from exclusive tableware to hand-painted walls. The eclectic musical selection adds energy, and the à la carte menu surprises with bold combinations of flavors and techniques that have made the chef famous.
The establishment is open until late at night and has 208 seats.
Bjorn Franzen’s FZN restaurant is the “younger brother” of Frantzén Restaurant (Stockholm) with three Michelin and Zén stars (Singapore). Japanese influences complement modern European cuisine in the nine-course tasting menu, which is prepared with the best seasonal products.
Guests are welcomed in the stylish lounge area with a canapé, after which they are guided through the two-storey restaurant and invited to dinner in the main hall. The evening ends with the serving of drinks and delicious poultry.
For those who want to prolong their enjoyment, there is an 18-seat terrace with panoramic views of Dubai’s Burj Khalifa skyscraper.
The wine list contains more than 1.3 thousand items: from rare boutique wines to iconic samples from 15 countries, including exclusives presented for the first time in Dubai.
