Dubai Parks and Resorts: for both kids and those without children
17 October 2024
Dubai Parks and Resorts is a large entertainment complex, on the territory of which there are three hotels, a water park, many shops and restaurants. But the most interesting thing is that there are three theme parks:
• Motiongate is the largest park in the Middle East, dedicated to the cinema and cartoons of several famous studios: Columbia Pictures, DreamWorks Animation and Lionsgate. Children are welcome in zones with the Smurfs, heroes of the cartoons “Madagascar” and “Kung Fu Panda”. The part of the park, stylized as the films “The Hunger Games” and “John Wick”, is more interesting for teenagers and adults. Here are extreme attractions – for example, the Capitol Bullet Train with a loop and John Wick: Open Contract with rotating chairs and acceleration up to 64 km / h.
• Legoland is the perfect place for Lego fans: all the rides are stylized as the famous bricks, and you can also see the Miniland light show and visit the Lego factory. The park is divided into five zones with 29 rides for younger children. Teenagers will most likely not have enough extreme: there is only one ride with a tall roller coaster. But there is an entire city built from 20 million Lego bricks. Legoland Water Park is designed for children aged 2-12. There is a lazy river and a wave pool. The water park is open, and in winter the water is heated, so you can swim all year round.
• Real Madrid World, which opened in April 2024, is the only park in the world dedicated to the Real Madrid football club, with the original wooden roller coaster Hala Madrid and the impressive 140-meter carousel Stars Flyer.
