Similar to the Bordeaux palace Les Sources de Caudalie, Les Sources de Cheverny is located in the heart of the Loire vineyards, on the Romorantin estate, where the same grape variety is grown as Chambord. The hotel is designed in the spirit of a family country house, and the bounty of the vineyards can be enjoyed both at the Spa by Caudalie, which offers treatments based on Caudalie grape seed extracts, and in its two restaurants, the elegant Le Favori and the intimate L’Auberge.

Set in a vast forested area, the bistro L’Auberge offers refined and carefully prepared seasonal dishes that offer a gastronomic journey through the Loire Valley and pay homage to local producers: vegetables from a farmer in Mont-pré-Chambord, strawberries from Sologne, pork loin “Rois Roses” from Touraine, roasted in the fireplace that takes centre stage in the dining area: here, wood-fired cooking is a specialty!
