An exclusive gastronomic project from Chef Aret Sahakyan, who was awarded a Michelin star. The restaurant is inspired by the legendary Ayla Emiroglu, the founder of Maçakızı. The exquisite menu reflects the spirit of the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts, with an emphasis on local seasonal products and sophisticated presentation.
Located on the territory of the Maçakızı Hotel in the secluded Göltürkbüku Bay, the restaurant has only 5 tables, which creates an atmosphere of privacy and warmth, almost home comfort. The interior is decorated in soft, natural tones, with delicate lighting that emphasizes the texture of the stone and focuses on the old olive tree in the center of the room.
The menu is built on the principle of a gastronomic “performance” of four acts – with two dishes to choose from in each and small culinary surprises between servings. This is a subtle combination of local traditions and modern techniques, where each element is part of a single story.
