Just two months ago, on May 22, 2025, the first guests were welcomed by a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Paris – Maison Bauchart BARNES Residences. The official opening is scheduled for September 18.

Maison Bauchart BARNES Residences is an intimate project realized in partnership with BARNES Hospitality.

The hotel is located at 11 Rue Quentin Bauchart, a stone’s throw from the Champs Elysees and Avenue George V. The mansion built in 1868, with former stables converted into lofts around a paved courtyard, was given a new life thanks to the designer Tony Rivas. He carefully preserved the spirit of the building, adding modern elements and a sense of timeless elegance.

The design uses noble materials and handcrafted work: marble, rare woods, crystal, Venetian mosaics, Limoges porcelain. Light, the key theme of the project, becomes part of the interior, emphasizing volumes and textures. Each element reflects the skill of decorators, as well as metal, glass and gilding artists.

The hotel has a total of 10 luxury suites (from 50 to 145 m²), equipped with cutting-edge technologies. They include:
• Hidden bar, wine and cigar cellar
• Spa with a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, fitness room and treatment rooms (in collaboration with Noble Panacea and Aromatherapy Associates)
• Contemporary art integrated into the interiors
