One&Only Reethi Rah: important information about the renovation in 2026

The One&Only Reethi Rah Hotel has announced renovation. The approximate dates are from the second half of April to the beginning of December 2026.
The western side of the island, starting from the bridge between the two parts of the hotel, is closed for the duration of the work.
The renovation will affect all villas located on Turtle Beach, North Beach, Reethi Beach and Sunset Beach.
Some of the Beach Villa and Beach Villa with Pool villas on Grand Beach will also be closed, but there will be no renovation. This is done for the comfort of the guests, so that noise and extraneous sounds do not interfere with the rest.
Due to the work, the 3‑Bedroom Grand Residence and Grand Sunset Residence will not be available for sale, as the villas of these categories are located in a closed part of the island.
The Fanditha Restaurant will be closed, but the hotel will provide guests with the opportunity to order dishes from this establishment in the main restaurant.
