Visiting Saudi Arabia has become easier with improved visa initiatives. The electronic visa (eVisa) is now available for citizens of 68 countries, including Russia. In addition, a free transit visa is available for up to 96 hours. The eVisa processing time is from 24 hours (urgent) to 3 days (standard).
