Anastasia Yatsenko, Honored Artist of Russia, former ballerina of the Bolshoi Theater, curator of modern dance programs and certified Pilates instructor, brings to her Pilates practice refined body feeling, grace and precision – qualities honed over the years of performing on the most prestigious stages in the world.
Combining her deep artistic experience with modern training methods, Anastasia organizes classes that go beyond the usual physical activity. Her approach to Pilates is a form of movement art that strengthens the body, restores balance, and cultivates harmony between body, breath, and mind.
