Villa Junot, Paris: the novelty of the French capital
24 June 2025
The Iconic House hotel chain is opening a new chapter by rethinking the concept of luxury hospitality – this time in Paris.
Villa Junot is the sixth object of the Iconic House network. It is located on the prestigious Avenue Junot in the heart of Montmartre and embodies the spirit of the most poetic quarter of the city.
Built in the 1920s for the operetta writer Andre Maupré, Villa Junot was carefully restored in collaboration with the architectural firm Claves Architecture, whose experts turned to the canons of Art Deco, preserving the authentic atmosphere of the mansion. The art collection pays tribute to surrealism through bold, unexpected solutions that defy tradition.
Poetry, thirst for freedom and a special state of mind are the very essence of what inspired the artists who created the legend of Montmartre.
