In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Ciel Tower, Vignette Collection from IHG Hotels & Resorts, will open in Dubai Marina. The 365-meter skyscraper with more than 80 floors, with over a thousand rooms and suites, will become the world’s tallest hotel.

The eco-friendly architectural masterpiece will offer three gourmet restaurants, Dubai’s tallest infinity pool, a fitness center and spa, a club lounge and a panoramic observation deck with spectacular views of the Marina, Palm Jumeirah and the Persian Gulf.
