Greece: Fouquet’s Expands Horizons – Opening in Mykonos on June 27, 2026
8 July 2026
On June 27, 2026, the legendary Fouquet’s brand expanded its collection with a fifth exclusive address – Fouquet’s Mykonos. This move further confirms the group’s strategic focus on international expansion in the most desirable corners of the planet.
The luxurious complex is located on Paraga Beach, a beach with crystal-clear waters in the southern part of Mykonos, offering panoramic views of the endless Aegean Sea. Designed by Divercity Architects, the project is inextricably linked to Cycladic traditions: 61 suites and three villas are meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. Architectural highlights include an indoor pool, unique to the island, and a basketball court, artfully carved directly into the cliff face. Guests will also enjoy the Rock Spa, featuring rejuvenating treatments by Dr. Barbara Sturm, and a distinguished Mediterranean restaurant, in partnership with ROKA, bringing new culinary experiences to the coast.
A fusion of Aegean art of living and exclusivity
The resort’s architecture blends seamlessly into the island’s landscape with rough textures, soft earth tones, and sculptural lines born of the interplay of light and shadow. Each suite connects with the island in its own unique way: some open onto private pools, others onto spacious terraces overlooking the horizon, and a select few lead directly to the beach.
Carved into the rock face, the Rock Spa offers cutting-edge rejuvenating treatments by Dr. Barbara Sturm. At the center of the spa is an indoor pool framed by exposed stone walls, creating a completely immersive experience where mineral textures, silence, and soft light bring you back to the very essence of being.
Guests have access to a basketball court carved into the rock face. This bold architectural design is the perfect spot for an invigorating workout before a leisurely day of enjoying the pleasures of Fouquet’s Mykonos.
Gastronomy at its finest: two restaurants overlooking the Aegean Sea
The hotel’s main restaurant combines contemporary sophistication with the relaxed atmosphere of Mediterranean living. Floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sea flood the space with natural light and provide views of the endless horizon. A symbolic olive tree dominates the dining room, centered around the interior in soft, neutral tones. A spacious terrace creates a stylish setting for dining over the water.
On Paraga Beach, ROKA is a vibrant spot steeped in the island spirit, open from dusk until dawn. Its contemporary Japanese concept, with an emphasis on the traditional robata charcoal grill, combines intense flavors with a touch of theatricality.
