The hotel will be carrying out renovations during the following periods:
• General renovations from May 20 to October 31, 2026;
• Overwater Villa and One-Bedroom Beach Pool Residence from May 20 to September 15, 2026;
• Overwater Villa with Pool from June 1 to September 15, 2026;
• One-Bedroom Overwater Pool Residence from June 20 to October 31, 2026.

From June 20 to September 15, 2026, the overwater jetty (pier) will be completely closed.

The work areas will be fenced off to ensure privacy and minimize visual impact. Beachfront rooms and the resort’s main facilities (restaurants, spa, and entertainment) will remain available throughout the specified periods.
